Required Documents for Profession Change
  1. Typed Application Form
  2. Sponsor ID Copy
  3. Applicant ID Copy
  4. Degree Certificate (Attested from concerned embassy)
  5. Copy of Computer Card
  6. 1 copy of old labor contract (Attested)
  7. 3 Copies of new labor contract signed by both parties with original seal and signature of authorized signatory in computer card
  8. Copy of Valid Trade License of sponsored Company
  9. Copy of Electricity Bill of sponsored Company
  10. Copy of valid Commercial Registration of sponsored Company
  11. Salary Certificate + 6 month Bank Statement
