Documents Needed for Medical Appointment for families staying at Al Wakra -  

Go to (Room 21, Al Wakra Health Center, Al Wakra)

1. PASSPORT COPY
2. VISA COPY
3. SPONSOR ID COPY
4. PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO (3)


5. ORIGINAL PASSPORT


(Card payment Only)
(No medical needed for children)

You will be informed via message upon successful completion of medical, if fail, notification will come soon for re-medical


Notes:
Chidlrens do not have Medicals.
