Information regarding how to convert Family visit visa to Residence visa

 We are please to provide you information regarding how to convert Family visit visa to Residence visa.


This is the current process/documents required to apply for a family visa:
Salary letter from employer – (minimum 10,000 QAR).
Company NOC dated within the last 3 months.
3. Copy of your passport and work visa page.
4. Copy of your (Education Certificate) attested by concerned Embassy in your country (  eg: Delhi) and Ministry of Foreign
Affairs(MOFA) in Qatar. ( demand for Arabic translation of attested document)
5. Dependant Passport Copy (Wife or Child)
6. Marriage Certificate attested by MOFA from your country.
7. Child(s) Birth Certificate(s).
8. Rent agreement duly attested by Baladiyya (municipality may require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, layout etc. for stamping)
9. Six months bank statement (mandatory for private firms stamped by bank official (CBQ charge 60 QAR for that Stamp)
10. Job Contract or Labor Agreement letter signed by both parties and stamped by Ministry of Labor.


Notes:
Remember that Before preparing the documents and application, you have to finish medical examination at Medical Commission., 

 After preparing the above documents, Kindly submit the application following documents at nearby Emigration Offices.
